Getting to Gainesville
By Air
The Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) is 15 minutes away from the University of Florida main campus and ~25 minutes to the conference hotel, Hotel Indigo (Get Directions). Visitors can take a taxi, Uber, Lyft or RTS Bus to the conference hotel. There are multiple daily flights from Atlanta (Delta), Charlotte (American), and Miami (American).
Gainesville is also two hours or less from three international airports.
• Jacksonville (JAX) - 1 hour, 45 minutes (Get Directions)
• Orlando (MCO) - 1 hour, 49 minutes (Get Directions)
• Tampa (TPA) - 2 hour, 2 minutes (Get Directions)
Hotel Partner
We have partnered with Hotel Indigo for this conference. Our negotiated hotel rate is $95/night - a link is provided here. NOTE: If the rate per night is NOT $95, it means the room block is full - please call the hotel to book at the reduced rate using Group Code: SSB. A shuttle will be provided between Hotel Indigo and the UF Cultural Plaza where the conference will occur. Additional housing options can be found here, but no shuttle service will be provided to/from events from other hotels.
Parking: If you will be driving to the meeting events, ample parking is available at Hotel Indigo, where the workshops will be held on Friday and Monday, and parking is free on the weekends in the lots around the Harn Museum, where the main meeting will take place on Saturday and Sunday.Shuttle Transportation
There will be a free shuttle to and from the conference hotel for the main meeting and evening event.

RTS Bus is the local bus system. Bus 33 travels between Hotel Indigo and the Museums.
