Registration is currently open and will close December 1st. Click here(Follow the Register Online link at upper left) to register!
Registration price includes all meeting activities (including workshops), as well as breakfast and lunch all four days of the meeting, and an evening reception at the Florida Museum of Natural History on Saturday that will include heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Travel awards are available for students attending workshops at the meeting - when you register, there is a place to indicate how much funding you require in order to attend the meeting. Please include estimates for airfare, and number of nights of hotel in the meeting room block ($95/night). Registration can also be reimbursed, or we can provide you with a complimentary registration link. Contact ssb2020UF@gmail.com if you prefer this option rather than being reimbursed for registration (other travel costs will likely be reimbursed after the conclusion of the conference).
Both lightning talks (5 mins) and posters will be accepted. Abstracts will have a 300 word limit.
Abstract submission will be accepted from September 1st through December 1st.
