Location
A free shuttle bus for transportation between Hotel Indigo to/from various meeting locations will be provided. Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks will be provided for all days.
Parking: If you will be driving to the meeting events, ample parking is available at Hotel Indigo, where the workshops will be held on Friday and Monday, and parking is free on the weekends in the lots around the Harn Museum, where the main meeting will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

The workshops on Friday, January 3rd and Monday, January 6th will be held at Hotel Indigo. This is our conference partnered hotel - we encourage participants to make housing reservations here.

Main Meeting Harn Museum of Art
The main meeting will be held Saturday, January 4th and Sunday, January 5th at the University of Florida's Harn Museum of Art. The Harn museum is located next door to the FLMNH.

Evening Event Florida Museum of Natural History
The evening event on Saturday, January 4th will take place at the FLMNH. This event will include hors d'eouvres and a cash bar. Poster session will take place at this time. The FLMNH is located next door to the Harn Museum.
